COVID-19 Service Update - 15/04/2020

As the pandemic continues, we’d like to reassure customers with a quick update on our service status.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we fully executed our business continuity plan, enabling our team to continue seamlessly delivering the same class-leading service whilst working entirely remotely.

The exceptionally high level of support calls received by our helpdesk as our customers moved to home working environments themselves, has now reduced. This means that you can expect the usual rapid response times from our helpdesk.

We are still able to deliver limited onsite support where necessary and safe, but the health and well-being of our team and yours is the absolute priority, and therefore this is being kept to an absolute minimum with remote service being the primary method. Any other face to face meetings are being held using Microsoft Teams video calls only at this time.

Lastly, we’d like to say a huge thank you for your patience, support and the many kind messages that we have received throughout these challenging past few weeks. If you require any assistance or advice, as always, we are here to take your call and to help in any way we can throughout this crisis.
