Of course, when you need us, you can pick up the phone and call our amazing helpdesk team. Support is provided by telephone, remote access and onsite visits, all included in your fixed price.
To ensure sure your business is covered when you need it most, Astec also provide a range of out of hours or 24/7 helpdesk support options, to align with your business operations.

Included in our service, Astec provide our full VCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) service. We appraise and audit every part of your technology landscape, understand your business goals and preferences, and then build a technology roadmap with you. We present your team with detailed technology reports and gap analysis reports, a three year roadmap and budgets for your plan and then review the plan with you at regular intervals.

The key to business productivity, is having a team with the skills to get the most from your technology investments. With every PromisePlus agreement, your whole team will get access to our Modern Business Skills Plan service. We provide regular, live training broadcasts and access to training guides and other content, all centred around the Microsoft cloud. We will get your team achieving more. And if you want additional training, we can arrange a range of ‘deep dive’ face to face or remote training sessions.
Security is at the heart of everything we do for you. As part of your PromisePlus service, we will ensure that your environment is secure and safe and that your users know how to operate safely. As part of your onboarding process, we will review all forms of your current security, identify any gaps and suggest ways to protect yourself. We will not only monitor your environment for reliability and performance, but we will be working to keep you safe.
